Orders can be picked up Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday, but for free shipping orders, it might take upto 12-13 days due to Custom regulation operation efficiency) using DHL International or Global Epack/DHL Economy/Express. DHL International's delivery standard is 3 - 7 days, flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping to all over the world. Global Epack/DHL Economy/Express's delivery standard is 6 - 17 days(but it might take 7-12 days more due to operation efficiency of Custom regulations and logistics provider), Global Epack/DHL Economy/Express is free shipping.
